Description
It's hip-hop music on the east coast and rap on the west coast, where it seems to be unchanging cultures. That story began when the last permanent roller rinks in the United States threatened to close at a time when it seemed difficult. After a while, a society of thousands is fighting in a racist environment to save a subculture in order to preserve those cultures in the long term.
