Even as I rolled my eyes or scratched my head at various developments, the performances and the optimistic (and very Maupin) spirit buoyed me through the whole thing.June 05, 2019
The real nostalgia that this slack, earnest, self-help tract of a show evokes is for a time when a TV drama's main job was to tell a story.June 10, 2019
But more than just a reunion special, the new series finds relevance in a very different city and offers compelling, interconnected vignettes.June 05, 2019
